You may cancel your appointment and reschedule within one week of the original appointment for no additional fee. Your deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled within a week of the original appointment. To reschedule please login to your account and reschedule. Click the chat for assistance, you must verify your account to reschedule your appointment. We do not provide refunds, for any reason. Please ensure you book the correct service.
