Shipping Policy
We have several shipping fulfillment centers in multiple states across the U.S. Shipping rates are defined based on the products selected and the fulfillment center assigned to the product chosen, they cannot be modified.
Please allow up to 7 business days for products to be shipped after they are sent to processing. Most Products ship the next day. We will notify you every step of the way to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns for orders unless there is damage to the order upon delivery. If items are damaged please photograph the damages and send the images to support@creatorscove.life. Our support team will be in contact with a resolution.

We do not accept exchanges for custom-made products. We do not provide refunds for services ordered or rendered.
