3. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Creators Cove does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any services or products provided under this agreement, except as explicitly outlined in our service warranties. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

 

4. Warranties
While Creators Cove does not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. We provide **warranties** on specific products and services, as outlined below:

- Business Formation and Legal Compliance: We warrant that our business formation services comply with applicable laws and regulations. If there is a material error in the formation process, Creators Cove will work with you to correct the issue at no additional charge.
- Website Design: We warrant that websites created by Creators Cove will be delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications. If a significant flaw is discovered within 30 days of delivery, we will correct it without charge.
- Trademarking Services: We warrant that trademark filings are prepared accurately and in good faith, based on the information provided by you. However, we do not guarantee that the trademark will be approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or any other relevant authority.

Warranty Claims: To submit a warranty claim, you must notify Creators Cove in writing within the timeframe specified above. If your claim is valid, we will either remedy the issue or provide an alternative solution.
